About Us
Our story begins in 2016, when the owner of CleanCo, Rachel Burris, began cleaning on the side in an effort to make enough money to make ends meet as a single mom. She was working as a teacher in Montrose, Colorado at the time and had two sons under age five to support on her own. While working full time and cleaning on the side, she attended college full time at Colorado Mesa University for her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. Even after graduating from college, the raises offered were not substantial enough to provide the needed income. Slowly but surely she began to transfer more and more into nurturing the small business that is now known as CleanCo. Now after years of perfecting our craft, we are happy to offer all cleaning services under one roof. We attribute all of our success to God, knowing that without Him, none of this would be possible.
Our heart is in providing an unbeatable service to our clients, but more than that to educate and empower our employees. We know that walking in the door to a cleaning company and applying for a job is not the career moment most people seek. We aim to meet our employees where they are and offer training and education to help them get to where they want to go.
